1. Acceptance and purpose
By using Flashcards Lab, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The service helps turn study material into flashcards and organize reviews; it does not promise approval, a grade, or a specific result.
2. Your account and access
You can sign in with email or, when available, with a Google account. Keep access under your control and tell us if you suspect misuse. Free features, usage limits, and optional features may change as the product evolves.
3. Submitted and generated content
You are responsible for the content you submit and must have permission to use it. Do not submit unlawful material, another person's personal data without permission, content that infringes copyright, or information that should not be processed.
Generated flashcards support study and may contain errors. Verify important information with the original source and do not use the service as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.
4. Responsible use
Do not try to interrupt the service, bypass limits, automate access abusively, exploit vulnerabilities, or use Flashcards Lab to harm others. We may restrict access when needed to protect the product, people, and involved providers.
5. Availability and changes
The service may undergo maintenance, changes, or outages. We will work to preserve a useful experience, but do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation.
